[ct-user] poll command

Using CT 9.66.013 on a 486/66 pure DOS 6.22 machine:

Enter the POLL command on the callsign line, get the reply "call requires a 
digit" and it won't allow a polling time to be entered.

I don't usually use this command and it isn't a big deal;  not sure if it 
has been phased out of later versions, or if this version is broken?
