[ct-user] Win 9.63

Hello All,

I am having another problem with CTWIN 9.63.
When I first run the program it asks for a file name as usual but then
I get "DRIVER AGENT OPEN - Open Failed".  I click OK and
it comes back a second time.  When I click OK a second time
the program runs !!!   Can anyone help with this???
