[ct-user] CT for NEQP

(1) I can't get CT to log CW contacts in NEQP mode. There's a "Mixed"
selection in the setup, but I'm unaware of a way to switch modes on the
fly without doing it from a radio (I'm not controlling a radio with CT
and don't plan to); even selecting "CW" from the setup does not permit
me to log CW, however--just SSB, nor does it enable any of the CW
functions.

(2) Is there a way to bring up the New England Counties as a "zone"
screen? I'm just seeing the State and Provinces Map when I hit Alt-Z.

I'll be rovering from Maine (and perhaps elsewhere) for this event, CW
and SSB.
