[ct-user] ct 9.65 & ic 756 pro-II

Thanks to those who responded to my query about getting CT v9.65 to 
work with my new 756 Pro-II.  

The solution was:

1)  Select IC 756 Pro on the CT9.65 radio list, and

2)  Change the address of the Pro-II (from 64h = factory default) to 
56h
