[ct-user] Latest CT verson

Ok, I have tried them all: TR,NA, Writelog, and im ready to commit to CT. Can 
someone please give me the rundown on the newest features of the latest CT? I 
currently have v9.68.002.  Im mostly interested in any new contests added and 
SO2R features. Also, im hearing about CTwin. Any comments of the differences 
between the two both positive and negitive would be great.
