I managed to reproduce the following bug:

 When you start CT in AR10, it logs the first QSO as a SSB contact, no
matter how you set the radio. The next one is CW, giving you the double
mult. If you shutdown and startup again a bunch of times, you will have
a lot of "double" mults. For now, use Ctrl-F1 to turn the SSB Q's into
CW when you start up.

I should a real fix shortly.
