[ct-user] Can't Log HI

Friends,

I installed CT 9.83 yesterday for the ARRL 10 Meter contest. When trying
to log Hawaii, CT won't accept HI in the report column. I'm not sure
what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
