[ct-user] CTWIN Abnormal Program Termination

ok, I give up. I've tried to run every version of CTWIN. I have
installed the latest self-extracting version (9.74) into a new
(the default) directory.

I am running WIN98SE. I open a DOS window with the command prompt.
I type CTWIN (callsign - or anything).

I get "abnormal program termination". This has happened with every
version of CTWIN I've tried. So I'm obviously doing (or not) something
very stupid.

Help please.
