[ct-user] Field Day and CT

The reason the currently posted ct974.zip is 1.89MB is that it includes
CTWIN.  All you have to do is open the Zip file and put only the ct.exe file
on a floppy.  'ct.exe' is about 450KB Zipped and 880KB extracted.
