Yes, but that is slow if you have a bunch of Q's to change.

You can also type in POSTCONTEST in the call sign field to change the
time or date in the final bin file.  Save the original bin file on a
disc just it case Murphy shows up.  After making corrections type
NOPOSTCONTEST to get back to normal ops.
