[ct-user] CTWin 9.89.003 on Windows 98SE

Uh oh. I just got an updated library from Object Space, and it looks like
the installation is now incomplete. I'll look into it right now.

I just downloaded CTWin 9.89.003 and installed it on
a Windows 98SE system.  When I invoke it as:

"C:\Program Files\K1EA Software\CtWin\ctwin.exe" -enet

I get a window that says:

The CTWIN.EXE file is linked to missing export
STD-VC-MT.DLL:?os_throw_length_error@@YAXXZ.

as well as another window that says:

C:\Program Files\K1EA Software\CtWin\ctwin.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Any ideas?
