The RAC Canada Day contest is the next "major" on the Canadian list.  The
files on the CT site need an update, considering billions more will now be
using the program ;)

Official.Rac should be changed to the following (adding the VY0)...

And, to cover all the bases, you could change the Rac.Dat file to the
following (following the appropriate formating of course).  I think every
possibly prefix is covered for years to come...
