[ct-user] CT to ADIF v2.6 released

I have uploaded CT to ADIF version 2.6 to the CT web site:

Follow the ADIF link on the left.

The contest numbering for IOTA, RAC Winter and FQP (both) was wrong.  This 
may have caused the wrong fields to be written to the ADIF file.  RAC 
(both) now correctly exports the received serial number, as well as the 
sent serial number for non-VE stations.

This program also works again using plain old DOS.
