[ct-user] CT 9.85 and default frequencies

After using CT in ARRL without Radio connected (as always on my side) I 
found that in the latest release were added "default frequencies" 
instead of band edges.

Is there a way to set the default frequencies in the ct.cfg-file so that 
I can continue to use the band edges?
This shows me that the QSO was in a contest while I'm logging the 
correct frequency when making contacts outside contests.
