[ct-user] setup error

Advance appologies for the double posting.  Hoping for more saturation.
I have been trying for several weeks to load CTWIN here.  No matter
what platform I use (WIN98 or WIN2000 Pro) when I try to execute
SETUP.EXE, I get "Error -6002"  .  Several have offered a lot of good
suggestions which have all had no positive results.  

Has anyone out there in radio land ever seen error -6002 ?  Do you
know what it is and how to get past it?
