[ct-user] "Time running slow" in 9.83

I have this problem with the time in version 9.83. The time runs slower
than "real time", so you must SETTIME every 5 minutes. to adjust.
 
 NOT a plesant thing, and there must be a fix. I have tried this on
several computers. When the computer is not running CT, it´s clock is
dead on. 
 
Has anyone had this weird problem ?
