[ct-user] CT to ADIF 2.4 released

CT to ADIF version 2.4 has been released.  One new feature, one bug fix:

* Fixed FD band mapping for 9.85 and later.
* Added -o flag to fill in ADIF "OPERATOR" field.

You can get the latest version from http://www.k1ea.com/utilities

Remember, this version ONLY runs under Windows, it no longer runs in a pure 
DOS environment.  I can not get the DOS compiler to do what I want (the I 
was using is almost 10 years old). Some day, if I have time, I'll try to 
look at this again.
