[ct-user] CT9.90.007 DOS version and W9XT DVP card

  I dusted off the VHF station this morning and loaded the latest CT9.90.007
for DOS in the old 386.

   When I went to use my W9XT DVK (setup on LPT2) it didn't work.

    The W9XT card works find with the DVRC utility fine.

    Is W9XT DVP still supported?  Or am I missing something?
