[ct-user] Update CTWIN problem

I was able to bring up CT after re-booting the computer.

I was able to execute WRITESUM, WRITEDUPE, etc.  I only crash when I do
WRITELOG.

Another issue...  When logging the cursor is almost invisable.  It is a very
small red line.    I just can barely see it.  Very difficult to know which
field you are in.  Maybe there is a window's setting that can fix that or
maybe it really is controlled by CTWIN.  Anyone know?
