[ct-user] CT and FT-100

I have found that with the latest CT version, anytime the FT100 is
loaded (regardless of serial port), the DOS program will not switch
from CW mode using CTRL F1 - F2.  Program does not recognize mode
changes when executed using the radio ... program stays
in CW regardless.  Direct QSY using frequency entry in the call sign
field and band switches using ALT F1 - F2 work from 10 metres
to 160 metres, however program will not switch to 6 metres or higher
(RAC contest or VHF contests).  Anytime FT100 is loaded, the
program always goes to CW for mixed mode contests in the startup screen
when a contest is reloaded.  Seems to have the CW
no-mode switch problem regardless of contest selected whereas other
Yaesu radios such as FT1000 and FT1000MP seem to work
fine.  Anyone else have this problem?
