[ct-user] so2r in ssb

Is there something different with so2r in ssb?  In cw the logging line
switched to the opposite radio while cqing, but it doesn't do that in
ssb.  The rx audio switches as expected so I think I am set up properly,
but it doesn't give me the logging line to type in for the other radio.
