[ct-user] CT to ADIF (C2A) v2.5 released (bug fixes)

CT to ADIF (C2A) v2.5 has been released to fix a couple of bugs:

- 903 MHz QSOs should export as 33cm, not 35cm
- RTTY QSOs should export as RTTY, not RTY
