[ct-user] How do you make CTwin full screen?

Are you using WIN98 or XP?  On my desktop PC the CTWin screen has a
box along the top with 4 arrows going in 4 different directions.  when
I click on that CT will go full screen.  My laptop uses XP and doesn't
show that little box with the arrows and only opens to half screen or
so.
I'd be interested in other people's replies also.
