[ct-user] RE: [FRC] telnet

I have found two differant installs of CTWIN here in MN defaulting to the
wrong TCP port for the telnet session. In my case it was trying on port 102.
Try adding the port number for the site (most likely 23) after the address
ie,
ac0x.no-ip.com 23
and see if that works. I just posted a bug report about this.
