[ct-user] Announce Window multiplier bug found

It turns out a little tweak to the code did me in. Once a callout comes in for a maritime mobile (/MM) station, all future callouts are treated as /MM. Maritime mobile stations do not count for country credit in CQWW  and therefore no highlight.

Since N2NL/MM was spotted frequently during the CW weekend, it didn't take long for most of us to hit the bug.

As W2GD (SOA @ P40W) says: 

"I discovered the problem early in the contest...so it only hurt me a little.  Forced me to watch the bottom of the screen and use the mult screens more often.  Surprises surprises...always something."

I'm sorry I broke it, and glad it's fixed.
