[ct-user] "Writelog" problem corrected

Thanks for your comments about the problem I was having with CTWin and
having it perform under the "writelog" command.  As Ken, K1EA, said,
there was a problem with the software. But, downloading the latest
version of CTWin (10.02) completely cleared up the problem for both the
160 meter and 10 meter contests.  Thanks, Ken.
