[ct-user] DXTELNET - CT interfacing

Help,
I am trying to send DXTELNET packet spots into CT via method 1 on the CT
website.

PC-1 has DXTELNET configured (as listed) for COM1. Spots are coming in.
Null modem cable connects PC-1 COM1, to COM4 of PC-2 running DOS CT 9.91.002
com4tsr is loaded, and configured for TNC, 9600 baud.
Nothing is coming into CT, nothing is going out of CT.
