Thanks John,

That makes sense I guess. I deleted all internet content, files, cookies, 
temp folders the lot and still got 2.5 every time I tried to download! 
Kinda frustrating!!! Wonder how long they (ISP) cache stuff for? I think 
I'll email and ask them.
