Re: NAQP - In the State/Prov field, totally incorrect entries are
rejected as expected, however, incorrect entries 
where the first 2 letters of a 3 letter entry are correct are accepted,
ie NVQ will be accepted when you mistyped NV, this means that anytime you
enter a 2 letter entit that would normally be accepted and then
accidently add a third letter, the program fileld will accept it, ie,
TXX, ART, NJY etc
