>From the NAQP rules on the National Contest Journal website:
http://www.ncjweb.com/naqprules.php?page=2

"Multipliers: Are U.S. states (including KH6 and KL7), 13 Canadian
provinces/territories (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba,
Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland/Labrador,
Yukon, NWT and Nunavut) and other North American countries. District of
Columbia counts as Maryland. Non-North American countries, maritime mobiles
and aeronautical mobiles do not count as multipliers, but may be worked for
QSO credit."

The na.dat file included with CT10.00.001 is in error on several of these
points: DC should be included with MD, Labrador should be included with
Newfoundland = NL, the abbreviation for Hawaii is HI in this contest (state
name not section) and the official abbreviation for Quebec is QC (not PQ).
Use your text editor to modify the file accordingly.
