As usual, time grows short.

I have uploaded 10.00.002 to www.k1ea.com so everyone can have the very latest before the NAQP. 

* The Cabrillo output should be good to go now

* I didn't get a chance to tweak the multiplier display stuff

* The NA.DAT W/VE multiplier list should be good now

* Could not reproduce the CW problems reported with the CW speed up (+) and speed down (-) 
  inside a message

* Still no time to reproduce and fix various radio issues that have been reported.
