[ct-user] fix_mine error

i used CT-Win v10.00.003 for the ARRL VHF Sweepstakes this weekend, and when
trying to remove the 2 instances of my own call from the log using the
fix_mine tool, it did not work.  the tool ran and informed me that it
processed 139 calls and 0 instances of my callsign were removed. i know
there are less than 139 callsigns in the log - there are only 108 QSOs and 2
of those are my callsign.

any ideas what is going on?
