[ct-user] Crash WRITELOG CTWIN 9

This is a known bug fixed in 10.01.007. If all you want is the summary sheet try WRITESUM. 

If you need the .ALL file, download CT10.01.007 and use 9to10 to convert your file to version 10. Version 10.01.007 will not crash when you run WRITELOG.
