[ct-user] SO2R Usage question

When I press F4 while calling CQ, CT switches to the 2nd
radio and causes the 2nd radio to go to xmit mode for just
an instant, but does not send my call.  If I press F4 again,
it sends my call just fine and the rest of the QSO sequence
works fine.   After logging the 2nd radio QSO CT returns to
calling CQ on the main radio.

What do I need to do to get it to send my call after pressing
F4 only once?

I am using the latest release.
