[ct-user] RAC.DAT - Still BAD

If that is the one you sent me as an attachment it's STILL bad !!!
I just tested it and it locks up on VE3(ON) now !!!
I've attached my RAC.DAT file (K1VU_rac.dat) again.
It works for ALL Prov./Territories.
Please check it out.
I'm using it to make contacts in RAC right now !!!
