[ct-user] CT 10.00.006 available for download

Hi Folks.

Ken's computer is broken.  CT 10.00.006 for DOS (only) has been uploaded to 
the web site:

   http://www.k1ea.com/download/

There are no release notes, but the DVK repeat problem should be fixed now.

USE THIS VERSION AT YOUR OWN RISK!  It has not been fully tested, and Rick 
NQ4I reported having problems with it, but Dave N3RD reported that the DVK 
repeat problem was fixed.

Ken plans to put out a real release after his computer is fixed, but that 
may be after CQ WPX SSB.
