[ct-user] fix_mine

I used fix_mine a couple of times during and after the contest with no problem.  Make sure when you run these utilites to just execute them first with no file name.  That way you will get the info line that tells you which version.


FIX_MINE for CT Version 9 & 10 logs

USAGE: filename
