[ct-user] CTWIN CW KEYING

Hi Noel:

It's often (usually?) done by using Pin 14 on LPT1 to
switch between radio 1 and radio 2 and using an external
relay with CT DOS (and, I presume, CT WIN).  You can also
use two parallel ports and key each radio seperately.
