Hi Allan,

ARRL.CTY is used only by CT8 and earlier.

You need to edit CTY.DAT which is the "combined" file for CT9 and CT10.

Don't worry too much, as the Cabrillo log does not contain multiplier 
information, and will be rescored by the log-checking software at ARRL.
