[ct-user] Arrl M2 problem

We try to run M2 for the next ARRL CW and find this
problem in latest CT version downloaded:

1 - Station #1 couldn´t run in network
2 - Loading as # 1 the program didn´t ask the TSR
config.
3 - Loading as Stn # 2...etc. it is OK.

We solve the trouble running as station # 3 and then
change it to # 1 

Is there any other way to solve this problem?
