This is an automated list.  As it says in the mail headers:
List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/ct-user>,
        <mailto:ct-user-request at contesting.com?subject=unsubscribe>

You have to send mail to the MAIL ROBOT (at ct-user-request) and NOT to the list.  The robot only understands specific commands.  In the last couple of days, three people have tried to unsuscribe from the list.  The command is UNSUBSCRIBE, as shown again in the mail header.   This is done to authenticate your mail address and prevent spam and unwanted mail.  Please take the time to send mail properly.
