[ct-user] Sound Card DVP?

Go get him carl.  I sent him some old windows code to record and play wav
files in windows some years ago.  Now it is easier to use the windows
multimedia control to do the same stuff, though we have found that some
systems truncate recordings at even second intervals when you use that one.
but if he asks real nice we might be able to make a deal with n1mm to let
him use the special ocx I developed for the n1mmlogger that records and
plays and does so2r audio switching with 2 sound cards.
