Thanks to suggestions from K3CT I recovered the lost summary window.
Here is what I did: I have a DOS partition on my hard drive. I copied the bin file to the CT directory in the DOS partition. I re-booted to DOS and ran the -reset switch. It worked perfectly. It reset everything to default colors, positions, etc.  I re-booted again this time in XP and brought up CT with the bin file and the summary window is back. For whatever reasons, on my computer running XP, the -reset switch does not work.
