[ct-user] PARTNER Mode

I have looked in the manual and all the release notes and for the life of me 
I can't find any explination of the PARTNER feature. I could be wrong. Can 
someone please give us the scoop on this cool feature?

Maybe Ken can chime in about any other slick CT features that arn't covered 
in the manual or release notes.
