[ct-user] CQ Robot bounces (kinda long...)

If you look carefully, the first line that was bounced was probably the 
first QSO on 11/27/2005.  This was the case on my log.  The robot seems 
to show the next 50 or 60 rejected lines before it figures that you know 
what's going on.  It appears that the subroutine to check the contest 
dates uses a different date for the message than is used for checking 
the date.  I'm sure the CQWW contest committee is getting a lot of 
emails by now!!
