[ct-user] CT to ADIF for Windows test version 5.0 available

I have uploaded a test version of CT to ADIF for Windows:

See the note near the top of the page. This is not a console 
application, but a real graphical Windows application.

This program has basic functionality, but does not implement the 
optional command-line arguments (yet).  There is little in the way of 
error handling.

Please give this a try!  Especially if you are running Windows 
95/98/ME/NT 4.0/2K. I'm not sure I compiled the program with the 
correct library options, I'm still learning this stuff.  If you have 
problems of any sort, let me know and I'll fix them as soon as I can.

I am optimistic that I can maintain both DOS and Windows versions of 
this program.
