[ct-user] Band Map

CTRL-Enter  places the callsign in the bandmap & announce window
then it clears the logging line.

Make sure to use control-ENTER (or is it shift-ENTER) when you hear
a station you can't work.  That way it will get logged in the band
map for next time.
