[ct-user] Transmitter identifier in Cabrillo for WPX M/2?!?!

Use either ALT-Y or text commands stn1, stn2  to set a particular 
computer to station1 or station2. Station 2 is highlighted in the band 
column. After writelog, the last character in each QSO line is either 0 
or 1, identifying the station.
