If you get one, what error message do you get? If you don't, what happens?

What operating system are you running, and on what type of computer
(processor & speed etc.).

I still am struggling with late editions of CT9/DOS platform. I can bring up
the logging screen for all contests except Sweepstakes one of my favorites.
I have reinstalled a number of versions, but the results are the same. My
rig is a Kenwood 440.  
Help would be very welcome.
