[ct-user] Load Callsign Database for CT Win

[N7MAL]

If you have installed CT in its proper place it is really easy.
In the zip file select all then extract to c:\program files\k1ea 
software\ctwin
When you run CT it knows how to find the files.

  Can anyone guide me through installing a Master Callsign Database into the 
"path" for CT Windows? I've got one downloaded but not sure how to get it to 
load into the program so Super Check Partial will work. I'm using Windows
